Session Description:

In order to increase in health and well-being, to grow in the gospel, and to develop strong and supportive relationships, it is critical to heal toxic shame from our lives and to come to a healthy place of self-acceptance. Experiencing dysphoria over one’s identity does not constitute sin and should not be made a cause to feel shame. Only as we come to feel compassion and love for ourselves, where we are and as we are in our life journey, acknowledging personal weakness and opportunities for growth and progress, can we truly start to allow into our hearts the love of God.
