Question—Persuade—Refer

Learn how to help and support people in a congregation or community struggling with thoughts of suicide or that are in an emotional crisis. Learn these three simple steps to help save a life from suicide.

Just as people trained in CPR and the Heimlich Maneuver help save thousands of lives each year, people trained in QPR learn to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to use this method of Question, Persuade, and Refer to assist in getting them to critical care.
Resources will also be shared.
