Our goal is to offer conference attendees resources available outside of North Star International. Resources may include information for therapists, conferences, weekend retreats, life coaching, websites, podcasts, etc.

Resource Table

This is available for vendors or individuals who would like to share a brochure or business card, but don’t want a vendor table. The resource table will be located in the lobby of the conference center.

The following are guidelines for the resource table:

1. Please fill out the vendor application form. All organizations or individuals must be approved. Applications are due no later than Feburary 14, 2026. A response to your application will be emailed back to you within 3-5 business days of your submission.
2. This is a free opportunity for those attending the conference. For those not attending the conference, there is a $50 fee to display your materials.
3. Information must be in one of the following formats:
   • Business cards (displayed in a business card holder)
   • Postcards (displayed in a postcard holder)
   • Rack cards (displayed in a rack card holder)
   • Tri-fold brochure (displayed in a rack card holder)
4. You are responsible for replenishing your materials throughout the conference.
5. You are responsible for picking up your holders at the end of the conference. North Star will not be responsible for any lost holders or materials.

Please note, 8.5″x11″ paper will NOT be accepted—professional quality print material, in a stand only is required. North Star will not provide stands or printing. If you have any question, please contact conference@northstarsaints.org.

Vendor Resource Tables

This is available for vendors or individuals who would like to share their resources with conference attendees. Vendor tables will be located in the lobby outside of the main ballroom. Each vendor table includes a “classroom” table (24″ x 60″) , 2 chairs and a table cloth.

The following are guidelines for vendor tables:

1. Please fill out the vendor application form. All organizations or individuals must be approved. Applications are due no later than Feburary 14, 2026. A response to your application will be emailed back to you within 3-5 business days of your submission.
2. Vendor tables are $100 each. There is a $25 discount with a purchased 2-day “Annual Conference Ticket.”
3. It is the vendor’s responsibility to man their tables. North Star is not responsible for any lost or stolen materials.

Display of materials on the resource table or vendor tables does not imply endorsement from North Star International.
