Session Description:
Many children first confront the reality that they experience same-sex attraction in their teenage years. As a parent you may have wondered how to best support your child. Should I allow them to be open about their sexuality? How can I ensure they are treated kindly in the home, ward, and broader community? Should I encourage them to participate in church meetings or activities if they are reluctant to go? Join us as we examine the specific needs of teenagers and how to develop a relationship with them where they feel safe to tell you how they feel and what support they need from you.
