2016: I Don’t Have to Make Everything All Better – Empowering Others to Solve Their Own Problems

Session Description:

Gary Lundberg will teach how to empower others to solve their own problems in a way that they will feel cared about by you to an even greater degree. You are then out of the middle of having to “fix” everything and the other person takes his/her own responsibility. You will discover how this works with young children, teenagers, adult children, spouse, parents and in-laws, in divorced and blended families, with friends, and in the work place with co-workers and clients. By using the concepts he teaches, you will feel the weight of the world being lifted from your shoulders, as all relationships are strengthened.
