Session Description:
As members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, we look to Christ as our perfect example of how to conduct our lives. When we teach of Christ’s life, we tend to focus on His service and sacrifice. Sometimes, we focus so much on the beautiful qualities of sacrifice and service to others that we inadvertently neglect caring for ourselves. But to be effective disciples, sacrifice must be balanced with self-care.
