Session Description:

Sometimes when returning to Church, (or even never having left), we can feel like “strangers in a strange land. (Exo. 2:22)” It may seem as though no one understands who we are or what we’ve been through. Guilt and a lack of self forgiveness often compound the problem. We’ll discuss how to overcome the guilt, insecurities and self criticism that make it difficult or even impossible to feel self acceptance, love from our Savior, and a sense of belonging among other Latter-day Saints.
