Robert Y.Cornilles
Robert Cornilles (kor-nill-us) is in his third year as bishop of the Lake Mountain SA 5th Ward in the Saratoga Springs Utah Stake. Professionally, he is the Founder and CEO of Game Face, Inc., an executive training firm formed in 1995 which has served more than 400 top brands worldwide, including 200 professional sports franchises and entertainment companies as well as various startup and enterprise businesses.
Rob authored the #1 international bestselling business book, The Sales Game Changer: How to Become the Salesperson People Love, and has taught MBA candidates as an adjunct professor at BYU Marriott School of Business since 2017.
In 2020, Robert published Preparing Tomorrow’s Missionaries Today, a book for youth and adults wishing to develop better inter-personal skills to assist in the Gathering. Once a full-time missionary in Japan, Rob has served in bishoprics, high councils, and in various ward council positions before his current calling. He and his wife Allison, who oversaw the training of over 40,000 volunteers for the Saratoga Springs Utah Temple open house and dedication, are the parents of three sons and the grandparents of three granddaughters.
