Heather is a mother of 4 adult children and grandmother to an amazing grandson. She spent 24 years as a military spouse traveling the world. She loves water walking, teaching, reading, and playing board games. Heather finds joy in creating family connections. Currently Heather works as a Grief Recovery Specialist, teaching adults how to process pain from loss and change of any kind.
