David Ostler
David has served in the church as a bishop, stake president, mission president, and three times as a full time missionary. While working in his Northern Virginia stake, David helped stake and ward leaders understand why some members no long believe or attend and how best to respond. From this work and research, in 2019 he wrote Bridges: Ministering to Those Who Question.
