Lili De Hoyos Anderson

Lili De Hoyos Anderson is a first generation American. Her mother is French and her father is Mexican. After almost 20 years of being a full-time homemaker, Lili completed a Master in Social Work degree at UNLV, later obtaining a PhD in Marriage, Family, and Human Development from BYU, and for several years teaching part-time at the Y. She now has a full-time private practice in individual, marriage and family counseling and is writing books, when she can find the time. Currently, Dr. Anderson serves as the president of AMCAP, the Association of Mormon Counselors and Psychotherapists. The Andersons live in Draper, Utah and have eight children and 25 grandchildren, so far.
