Dr. Russell Gaede, PsyD

Russell joined North Star in 2019. He has two LGBTQ+ children including a transgender daughter. Despite struggling with speech impediments and a diagnosis of Tourette Syndrome, Russ is a successful speaker, consultant and mediator. He is the author of multiple books and has been featured on various podcasts, TV programs, and radio shows. He has a Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology and graduate certificates in Marriage and Therapy and in Conflict Resolution.
