Laurie Campbell

Laurie Campbell received her MS in Counseling and is a Nationally Certified Counselor. As a volunteer, she has helped fellow SSA/LGBTQ+ for 30 years (she’s been around awhile.) In 1994, she wrote Deseret Book’s first book on SSA, “Born That Way?” using a pseudonym because who’d want to use their real name back then? In 2013, she wrote “Reborn That Way” under her married name. Her video is on the Mormon & Gay website.
