John Murdock

John Murdock is a licensed clinical social worker with his own private therapy practice. He is affiliated with LifeSTAR Network, a company that specializes in helping individuals and their families affected by pornography and sexual addiction. In his practice he also focuses on trauma resolution and on marriage and family issues. John graduated from the University of Utah’s College of Social Work with a Masters Degree in 2004. He completed his undergraduate studies in Business Management at Brigham Young University. John craves spending time with his wonderful wife of 35 years, five daughters, one son, five sons-in-law, and four adorable granddaughters. In his “spare” time, he serves the young men in his LDS ward, as an ordinance worker at the Draper Temple, and as a home teacher. He plays on an adult hockey team. John’s previous LDS church callings include bishop, seminary and institute instructor, elders quorum president, member of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, and nursery leader.
