Eric graduated from high school in Washington State, completed his undergrad degree at Brigham Young University, Utah, and earned an MBA from Purdue University. After completing his degree, he helped start the air freight division of Roadway trucking in Indianapolis. For 3 years he was Director of Financial Planning & Budgeting.  After closing that company, 6 long months of unemployment followed, after which he landed his dream job as General Manager of the highest-producing CENTURY 21 office in the world.  A few years later, he opened the Lafayette branch office and moved his family back to the Purdue area where he and his family reside. Eric served as a missionary in Rosario, Argentina.

Eric served on local and state real estate association Boards of Directors for over 15 years,  on the Indiana Association of Relators Executive Committee for 7 years, as state RPAC chair, receiving the Trailblazer award in 2012 for record-breaking fundraising, and was named ‘Realtor of the Year’ in 2012 for the State of Indiana.  In 2016 he joined forces with RECP to teach continuing education courses to fellow Relators.

 Eric currently serves as a leader in a Spanish-speaking branch of the church. He also plays the organ and piano. He and his wife, 4 children, and 3 grandchildren are avid Disney fans and love to spend time at the Florida parks, on the beach in Destin, Florida, or in the mountains of Utah visiting family.
