Brad Petersen
“Chef Brad” is a native of Arizona, but now resides in Orem, Utah. Brad has been married for 40 years, father of 5 and grandfather of 7. He served a mission in the Caribbean developing a deep connection with food and most importantly, Christ. Brad’s passion is creating community through food. His core belief is that it is not about gender, religion, politics, race, but about taking the time to break bread and hear stories. He has devoted his life to bringing people together from his “Third Sunday Dinners” to creating space wherever he goes to bring people together. Food is a gift to bridge the gap between all of God’s Children. When we break bread together, we might learn to worship differently and see other faiths and paths with a new understanding of where each of us are on our journeys.
